We ship all our orders using Ground Advantage from USPS so your reference materials will be delivered to you within a week. Quick References Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your quick reference, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply contact us to initiate the return process. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund or exchange it for another product of your choice. To be eligible for returns, practice tests must be in their original protective envelope with the sticker intact and unopened.
